Shipping Destinations

We ship across South Africa. If you’re unsure whether we ship to your location, contact us at info@smyn.shop before placing your order.

Domestic Shipping (South Africa):

    • Standard Shipping: 15 - 20 business days from confirmed order.
    • The Courier Guy/PUDO: All SMYN shipments will be couriered via The Courier Guy. There are over 1400 Lockers across Mzansi just waiting for your precious merchandise.  Here are  available courier options: 1. Locker to Locker, 2. Locker to Door, 3. Locker to Kiosk.

Domestic Shipping Fees (South Africa):

    • Standard: Free

Customs and Import Duties

All included in your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched from SMYN Headquarters, you will receive a parcel collection PIN via email or WhatsApp from The Courier Guy/PUDO. Please use this PIN when receiving your parcel upon delivery or while collecting it at the locker.

Delivery Issues

  1. Delayed Delivery:
    • If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@smyn.shop or WhatsApp/Call us on 067 639 7317, and we’ll assist in resolving the issue.
  2. Incorrect Address:
    • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will investigate and work towards a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Additional Notes

  • We cannot guarantee delivery dates for orders due to potential customs delays.
  • Orders placed during peak holiday seasons may experience slight delays.
